Matching the mount to the room

A fixed mount keeps the screen close to the wall where the viewing position is straight on. A tilting mount angles the screen down when it hangs above eye level, such as over a fireplace. Full-motion and articulating mounts pull the display out and turn it toward a seat, which suits corners, kitchens and open rooms. A dual-sided ceiling mount hangs displays back to back where a wall is not available.
