Planning a Z-Wave install

The wireless cards are panel-specific, so confirm the customer’s panel model before ordering and ask your sales representative which card fits it. On the lock side, check the door prep and the finish the customer wants, then enrol the lock with the panel or controller once the card is in place. Your sales representative can also tell you whether the plain card or the translator combo suits the job.

Product training sessions are scheduled with manufacturers through the year; ask your sales representative for the training schedule.
