Shipping and dealer policies
- Free UPS ground shipping on qualifying orders sent to your primary business location in the 48 contiguous states. Ask your sales representative whether an order qualifies.
- Bursma trucks make regular weekly deliveries.
- Products bought from Bursma may not be resold online, and each manufacturer’s UPP policy applies.
Training for dealers
Our mission is to “Help You Grow Your Business,” and that includes technical education as well as product. Manufacturers hold product training sessions through the year; your sales representative has the current schedule. See product training.
Two branches, one application
The dealer application is the same whichever branch you work with. Dealers looking for wholesale electronics for integrators in Michigan work with our Wyoming, MI branch in the Grand Rapids area (616-831-0080). Central Ohio dealers work with our Columbus, OH branch (614-299-9040). Applications from both go to the same new-accounts fax.
